What one tap actually turns off
Calm Mode is a single toggle in Settings that softens six separate things at once, each of which is also its own sub-toggle if you only want to quiet one part: precise timers, warning colors, wake-window countdowns, the put-down cue, pattern analysis, and the notes box on the logging screen. Pick which parts to quiet, or flip the master toggle and quiet all of them.
None of it deletes anything. Calm Mode changes what you see on the dashboard and while logging, not what gets logged. Diaper, feed, sleep, everything you tap in is still recorded at full precision behind the scenes, so the pediatrician question and the 3 AM "was that at 1 or at 2" argument are still answerable later.
Bring your Huckleberry history with you
Switching trackers usually means starting from zero. It doesn't have to. Huckleberry lets you export a CSV of your child's logged history, and Rhythm reads that file directly: open Settings, Import Data, Huckleberry, choose the file, and review the record counts by type before anything saves. Nothing changes in Huckleberry and nothing uploads anywhere; the import runs on your device.
