Switching without losing your history
You do not have to start over. Export your data from Huckleberry (it arrives by email), then in Rhythm open Settings, Import Data, Huckleberry, and upload the file. Rhythm shows you a preview of what will import before it writes anything, so you can check it against your Huckleberry history first. See the step-by-step import guide.

If you want a native app with a home-screen widget and watch companion, or a paid custom sleep plan built around your logs, Huckleberry sells those and I don't.

Is Rhythm really free?
Tracking, custom event types, and wake-window predictions are free on one device, no account required. Household sync, so a partner or grandparent sees the same log, is $5/month or $45/year per household.
Can I import my Huckleberry data into Rhythm?
Yes. Export from Huckleberry, then use Settings, Import Data, Huckleberry in Rhythm. Fourteen record types come across; the import guide lists exactly what moves and what stays behind.
Is there a completely free alternative to Huckleberry?
